Ingredients
- 6 cups day-old sourdough or French baguette, cubed
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until frothy. Blend in softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheeses and chopped herbs; season with salt and pepper.
