  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder; marinate for 15 minutes.
