Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix additional brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
- Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture on top, then layer with remaining batter and more cinnamon topping.
