- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups whole milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
