Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares.
- Place a slice of brie in the center of each square and top with about one teaspoon of cranberry sauce. Optionally add rosemary.
