  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped

  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onion and celery until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, cranberries, parsley, thyme, eggs, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
