Creamy Baked Asiago Chicken is a comforting dish that elevates your dinner experience with its rich, velvety sauce and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup freshly grated Asiago cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, then add grated Asiago cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Mix in Italian seasoning and paprika until well combined.
  6. Place seasoned chicken in the prepared dish and pour the creamy sauce over it.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
