- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked, shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chicken and cook until golden brown.
- In another pan, melt remaining butter, add heavy cream, and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth to create the alfredo sauce.
- Combine the cooked chicken with half of the alfredo sauce and Italian seasoning. Stuff each shell with the mixture.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread some alfredo sauce in a baking dish, arrange stuffed shells on top, drizzle with more sauce, and sprinkle with additional Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, removing foil for the last 10 minutes to brown the cheese.
