  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chicken and cook until golden brown.
  3. In another pan, melt remaining butter, add heavy cream, and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth to create the alfredo sauce.
  4. Combine the cooked chicken with half of the alfredo sauce and Italian seasoning. Stuff each shell with the mixture.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread some alfredo sauce in a baking dish, arrange stuffed shells on top, drizzle with more sauce, and sprinkle with additional Parmesan.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, removing foil for the last 10 minutes to brown the cheese.
