  • 4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Place the cod fillets in the baking dish and pour half of the glaze over them.
