Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix molasses, brown sugar, eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- Gradually combine wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool. For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Frost cooled cupcakes before serving.
