  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Add chicken thighs, coating well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place marinated chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature of at least 165°F/75°C). Broil for an additional few minutes for crispy edges if desired.
  4. Let the chicken rest for five minutes before slicing. Serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
