  • 4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
