- For the Icing: 4 oz cream cheese (softened)

Instructions
- Warm the milk until lukewarm, sprinkle yeast over it, and let sit for five minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, chai spice mix, salt, softened butter, pumpkin puree, and yeast mixture; mix until combined.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for about five to seven minutes until soft and elastic.
- Place dough in a greased bowl and cover with a towel; let rise for one hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter over it. Sprinkle brown sugar mixed with chai spices on top.
- Roll tightly into a log and cut into one-inch slices.
