  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag and pour marinade over them. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F).
  4. Place marinated salmon skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
