Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Fresh garlic
  • Honey
  • Low-sodium soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Chopped green onions
  • Cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Gather and chop garlic and green onions.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and sesame oil. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken; in the same skillet, combine leftover marinade with cornstarch and stir until thickened (2-3 minutes).
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, tossing it in the sauce for about a minute.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve over rice or noodles.
