- 1 cup mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
- 8 oz egg noodles (dry)
- 3 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fresh ginger root, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 green onions, chopped for garnish
