Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil chicken breasts in salted water for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Shred once cooled.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced jalapeños, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella. Mix until well combined.
- Place about two tablespoons of filling on one end of a tortilla and roll tightly. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
