  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice (about 370g)

Instructions
