  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, maple syrup, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and lime juice.
