  • 1 lb fresh white fish (cod or halibut)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced

  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Spread cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion evenly in the baking dish.
