- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then stir in milk, vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice until combined.
- Fold in the dry ingredients gently until just mixed; do not overmix.
- Carefully fold in fresh blueberries.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
