  • ¾ cup unsalted pistachios (chopped)
  • Zest of 2 lemons

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
  • ½ cup whole milk

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, milk, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
