  • 1 cup coarse pretzel crumbs
  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with pretzel crumbs.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, then coat thoroughly with pretzel crumbs.
  4. Place breaded chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).
