Instructions
- Warm the milk in a saucepan until just warm; sprinkle yeast over it and let sit for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Create a well in the center; add yeast mixture, pumpkin puree, softened butter, and eggs. Stir until sticky dough forms.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place in an oiled bowl and cover with a towel; let rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
- Roll out dough to a rectangle; spread softened butter on top and sprinkle with brown sugar mixed with cinnamon. Roll tightly and cut into one-inch pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish; let rise for another 30 minutes while preheating oven to 375°F.
