- 1 tsp baking soda

- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil)
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- Dash of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir gently until just combined.
- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese with a couple tablespoons of sugar until smooth.
- Pour half the pumpkin batter into the prepared pan. Spoon dollops of cream cheese mixture over it and top with remaining batter. Swirl gently.
- Bake for about 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
