- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter; press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, eggs, and spices until smooth.
- Pour half of the pumpkin mixture over the crust, sprinkle with half of the chocolate chips and marshmallows; layer on the remaining pumpkin mixture.
- Top with the rest of the chocolate chips and marshmallows before baking for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Allow cooling before cutting into squares.
