- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the schnitzels by placing pork chops between plastic wrap and pound to about half an inch thick.
- Set up a dredging station with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each pork chop in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
