Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs; mix with melted butter until combined.
- Press about one tablespoon of the mixture into mini tart pans or muffin tins lined with cupcake liners. Bake for 5-7 minutes until slightly firm.
- In a bowl, blend softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract.
- Divide the filling into three bowls; color one red, one blue, and leave one white using gel food coloring.
- Once cooled, layer the colored fillings into the crusts—start with white, then add red and blue as desired.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. Garnish with whipped topping or crushed Oreos.
