  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Red gel food coloring (to taste)
  • Blue gel food coloring (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs; mix with melted butter until combined.
  2. Press about one tablespoon of the mixture into mini tart pans or muffin tins lined with cupcake liners. Bake for 5-7 minutes until slightly firm.
  3. In a bowl, blend softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Divide the filling into three bowls; color one red, one blue, and leave one white using gel food coloring.
  5. Once cooled, layer the colored fillings into the crusts—start with white, then add red and blue as desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. Garnish with whipped topping or crushed Oreos.
