  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 package (8 oz) store-bought dumpling mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, thyme, black pepper, and salt; cut into bite-sized pieces.
