Ingredients

  • 4 slices thick-cut sourdough or brioche bread
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar, gouda, or mozzarella)
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (chopped parsley or chives)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
