- 4 Italian sausages (pork or chicken)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 cups carrots, sliced into sticks
- 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, carrots, and red onion. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then toss until well-coated.
- In another bowl, whisk together maple syrup and Dijon mustard until smooth.
