- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers (1 red, 1 green), sliced
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa (mild or spicy)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: slice the onion and bell peppers, and mince the garlic.
- Layer the chicken at the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with onions, bell peppers, garlic, and taco seasoning. Pour salsa over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
