  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken dry and rub it with olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.
