Description

S’mores Brownies are a delightful dessert that merges the rich, fudgy texture of brownies with the nostalgic flavors of classic campfire s’mores.   • 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, then cool slightly before mixing in granulated and brown sugars.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and pour half of the batter into the prepared dish. Layer with half of the marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs, then top with remaining batter and finish with more marshmallows and crumbs.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Cool before slicing into squares.
