Description

Sour Cream Lasagna is a comforting and indulgent dish that brings layers of flavor to your dinner table. Ingredients

  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream (full-fat)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and mix in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half the sour cream, half the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Start layering: spread meat sauce on the bottom of the dish, add noodles, then half of the ricotta mixture. Repeat with more noodles and meat sauce.
  5. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and cover with foil. Bake for 25 minutes, remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
