  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 8 oz spaghetti pasta
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
  2. Brush both halves with olive oil mixed with minced garlic. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain.
  4. In a skillet, combine cooked spaghetti with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and half the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Spoon the spaghetti mixture into the toasted bread halves and top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
