  • 1 lb lamb shoulder, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz fresh egg noodles
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp chili oil (adjust to taste)
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by chopping the lamb and mincing the garlic. Boil water in a large pot for cooking noodles.
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté the lamb pieces until browned (about six minutes). Add minced garlic halfway through.
  4. Stir in ground cumin and chili oil; let cook for two minutes.
  5. Combine cooked noodles with lamb mixture, adding soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss until evenly coated.
