Description

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, artichokes, spinach, Parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano until well combined.
  3. On a floured surface, roll out puff pastry. Spread the filling evenly across the sheet.
  4. Roll the pastry tightly into a log shape and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  5. Place swirls on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. For the dip, combine sour cream and lemon juice in a bowl. Serve alongside warm swirls.
