- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Add Italian sausage; cook until browned, around 5 minutes.
- Stir in spinach until wilted (2 minutes). Mix in cooked rice, heavy cream, and half of the Parmesan.
