- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 tsp Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
Instructions
- Slice the ribeye against the grain into thin strips and season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steak strips in batches for about 3 minutes per side until browned but slightly pink inside. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir until slightly thickened.
- Return the steak and drained spaghetti to the skillet, mixing well while gradually adding reserved pasta water until desired sauce consistency is reached. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.
