  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 46 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 oz egg noodles (or any preferred noodles)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add cooking oil. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  3. Lower the heat and add minced garlic; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and sprinkle brown sugar over the chicken. Stir well and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat them evenly with the sauce.
