Instructions

  1. Prepare your fruit by washing the strawberries and rhubarb. Hull the strawberries and chop them into quarters; slice the rhubarb into small pieces.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine rhubarb, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook for 5-7 minutes until soft, then let it cool slightly.
  3. Gently fold the quartered strawberries into the cooled rhubarb mixture.
