- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
