  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. In a resealable bag, combine soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and honey. Add chicken breasts and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C) and lightly oil the grill grates.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade (discard excess) and grill for 6-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Baste with reserved marinade halfway through grilling.
  4. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with lime wedges or chopped cilantro.
