- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
- Place chicken pieces in a zip-top bag or bowl; pour half of the marinade over the chicken. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the chicken marinates, chop bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms into uniform pieces.
- Thread chicken and veggies onto soaked wooden skewers alternately.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and cooked through.
