  • 1 cup snap peas, trimmed
  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Thaw shrimp if frozen, chop bell peppers into bite-sized pieces, and trim snap peas.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
