- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 8 slider buns
- 2 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped sage, salt, and pepper. Mix in softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Form the mixture into small patties about 1 inch thick.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat; cook each slider for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- During the last minute of cooking, place cheddar cheese on top of each slider to melt.
- Toast slider buns in another pan until golden.
- Assemble by spreading cranberry sauce on the bottom half of each bun before adding a slider patty and topping with the other bun half.
- Serve warm with extra cranberry sauce on the side.
