  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 6 oz deli turkey, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese, thickly sliced
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Stir in chopped spinach.
  4. Spoon the egg mixture onto the wide end of each triangle, followed by turkey slices and Swiss cheese.
  5. Fold the points over to form pockets and press edges firmly to seal.
  6. Place pockets on the baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling slightly before serving.
