Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, black pepper, and herbs until well combined.
  2. Place flank steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish; pour marinade over it and seal tightly.
