Ingredients
- 1 lb ribeye steak
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, smashed
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss halved baby potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary. Spread on a lined baking tray.
